Rodrigo de Campos Carvalho is a Brazilian Navy Officer, B.Sc.E.Electronics in Naval Academy in 1999. Graduated in Extension Hydrography Course Cat. A (IHO) in 2003 at the Directorate of Hydrography and Navigation, in Brazil. He concluded the M.Sc.E. Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering at University of New Brunswick, Canada, in 2012.
He has been the Captain of the Brazilian Navy Patrol Boat “Goiana” (2009-2010) and the Brazilian Navy Hydrographic Ship “Taurus” (2014-2015). Nowadays, Commander Rodrigo Carvalho is the Living Resources Division Coordinator at the Secretary of the Interministerial Commission for Sea Resources (SECIRM).
